Refund Policy
Returns
We want to guarantee your satisfaction, but for safety reasons, NovaTreats LLC does NOT accept returns on any edible products. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to make a request for a refund or exchange.
Damaged Items
We package all our orders with care to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, items get damaged during transit. We offer a full replacement on any item that is too damaged for consumption.
If you would like to file a claim for a damaged item, please send us an email at info@novatreats.com with the subject “Damaged Item”. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged items for our review.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your order can be made within 48 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped.
